To evaluate of Mother-Child Health and Family Planning (MCH-FP) and to find the problems about Mother-Child Health and Family Planning in Yenimahalle Health Center Region (YHCR), these forms were used; House People Determination Form, 15-49 years old Women Determination Form, 0-5 years old Child Determination Form, Pregnant and Woman recovering from childbirth Determination Form and Vaccine Result Form in health center.

The women who were 15-49 years old and were living in this area were 15.7% of the total population. The determination number for each woman was 1.58. 79.1% of women were using anyone of birth control method, 38.2% were modern, 40.9% were traditional method. For each pregnant woman approximately 6.1 following made 96.4% of alive birth were in hospitals, 2.5% were at home with the help of a health personel. For each baby the approximately following were 3.8. The vaccination ratio in DBT1 of 0-11 month baby was 106%, in DBT3 100%, in measles 100% and the ratio of the vaccines out of the area were not include in this study.

The MCH-FP services in YHCR aren’t enough. To make better the services, the personel need of the all health house must complete and in-service training must be better.
