Lung carcinoms are among the most frequently faced tumors with the highest mortality in the world. It is not a frequent event to see the small cell carcinoma of lung together with the other lung carcinomas. The squamous cell carcinoma or adenocarcinoma components including small cell carcinoma constitute 1-3 percent of all the lung carcinomas. We determined combined typed lung carcinoma in the bronchoscopic brushing biopsy of the 33 years old female patient with the complain of dyspnea and hemoptysis for near a mounth. She had no smoking history. As it was rarely seen and was determined in brush biopsy, the case was presented.
