The aim of this study was to investigate the ways of supplement feeding of beekeeping enterprises in Elazığ. A questionnaire form, including open and closed categorical questions, was performed. A total number of 218 questionnaire forms were filled at the face to face meeting with Elazığ beekeepers. It was found that in syrup production the powdered sugar was in the first place as alternative to sugar. It was determined that 6,3 % of enterprises didn’t make any syrup to their colonies. It was determined that 75,2 % of beekeepers joined the questionnaire used cake, while 24,8 % didn’t use it. It was found that the enterprises used least baklawa syrup (1,3 %) and molasses (1,3 %), while they used the most powder sugar (92,8 %) to make cake.
