Schwannoma are benign neoplasms originating from the Schwann cells of peripheral nerve sheath. These tumors are commonly seen in head-neck area, extremities, mediastinum, and retroperitoneal area. Nasal and paranasal localization is fairly rare.

A 33-year-old male patient who presented at our center due to the outward extension of the lesion originating from the left vestibule of the nose was given polyp pre-diagnosis, and a total excision was performed. The material was 0.5 cm in diameter, with a solid surface, and gray-flesh color. Intranasal Schwannoma diagnosis was decided after histopathological examination.Intranasal Schwannoma, which was found interesting due to its rarity, is discussed with its distinctive diagnosis features, as well as clinical and pathological signs, in the light of relevant source information.
