Patients struck by lightning can present with a variety of otologic problems incluiding tympanic membrane perforation, middle ear injury, sensorineural hearing loss and burns of the external auditory canal. For this reason a careful odiovestibular assesment must be conducted in this patients. In this study we present three patients with tympanic membrane perforation and sensorineural hearing loss.
