First case was a 73 years old man who complained hematuria was applied to urology outpatient clinic. Transurethral resection (TUR) was performed and diagnoses as aciner adenocarcinoma. There was no treatment response to hormonotherapy and values of PSA had increasingly enhanced. The patient’s slides was re-examined in our clinic and diagnosed as ductal adenocarcinoma.

Second case, 68 years old man who has right arm and leg pain was applied to neurosurgery. The scintigraphy of all body bones was considered as a metastasis. Therefore, plasma PSA value was very high, prostatic TUR was made and diagnosed as ductal adenocarcinoma.

Second case was a 68 years old man who has right arm and leg pain was applied to neurosurgery. The scintigraphy of whole body revealed diffuse bone metastasis serum PSA was also very high. Transurethral prostate resection was performed and the diagnosis was ductal adenocarcinoma. .

The ductal adenocarcinoma is a rarely seen tumor. The tumors have poor prognoses and require aggressive chemotherapy. Therefore, the early diagnosis and treatment of ductal adenocarcinoma is very important. The ductal adenocarcinoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the prostate carcinomas.
