Hepatocellular adenoma, at the size of 8,0 x 10,4 x 6,4 cm and at the weight of 450 g was determined in the liver of a Ordinary Goat. Macroscopic and microscopic findings were defined. Metastasis was not observed in the portal lymph nodes. This is apparently the first reported hepatocellular adenoma in the goat.
