This study was conducted to determine the presence of Eimeria oocysts and to calculate the oocysts load in the stool samples of 0-3 months old calves that were collected from different provinces of Turkey For this purpose, a total of 335 stool samples were collected from the the calves with and/or without diarrhea obtained from farms in the five different provinces of Turkey for the presence of Eimeria oocysts between September-December 2017. In the laboratory, the samples were first examined by Fulleborn saline flotation method to determine the presence of Eimeria oocysts, and then the number of oocysts in per grams of stool were determined by McMaster method in positive samples. Eimeria oocysts were found in 146 (43.6%) of the 335 stool samples tested. A significant difference was found between the provinces in terms of oocyst load (P<0.001). According to this, it is determined that the numbers of oocysts in grams of feces taken from Denizli and Istanbul were different from the samples taken from the other provinces, and that there was no statistical difference in number of oocysts in per gram of stool in Niğde, Edirne and Antalya.
