This case report was made up of a 1-day male calf simmental x Swiss Brown hybrid, which was brought with the complaint of congenitally six-legged. In the clinical examination, there were two extra limbs hanging down from the level of the cervical vertebrae on the left side of the thorax. Radiological examination showed that all bones in normal front extremities were found in this extra two legs too. The patient was diagnosed as Notomelia and the related extremities were removed from the body under general anesthesia with surgical operation. In this article presented, the case of notomelia, which is rarely encountered, was reported with the thought that it would be useful to our colleagues who might encounter similar cases in terms of surgical operation, anamnesis, clinical and radiological findings.
