In this study, it was aimed to report some vitamin and trace element levels in Coenurus cerebralis cases in cattle in which the disease is not common. The material of the study included 10 calves (İllness group) in a farm with 15 calves showing signs of stagnation, anorexia, unbalanced walking, turning movements and holding their heads up, and 10 clinically healthy calves that were in the same farm and did not show any signs of disease (control group). As a result of molecular and pathological examinations, blood samples were taken from calves diagnosed with Coenurosis and their serum was extracted, and vitamin A, vitamin E, copper, cobalt, manganese and zinc levels were determined in the sera of these calves. Among these parameters, only vitamin E (P<0.05) and copper levels (P<0.05) were statistically significant between the groups, while no statistical significance was found in terms of vitamin A, zinc, manganese and cobalt levels (P>0.05).
