Under general anesthesia approached to the region with Hinz method the masses were extirpated. Tumor beds were cauterized with electrocauter. It was determined that tumoral masses existed up to 2/3 part of the vertical canal, but it didn't reach the tympanic membrane. Otoscopic examination of the middle ear wasn't observed inflammation. Postoperative local and parenteral antibiotics were applied. Ten days after the operation no inflammation was observed in the meatus acusticus externus. Microscopically; It was noticed surface ulcers with a slight identation from epidermis to dermis. Particularly, this ulcerated areas in the dermis was continued hyperemia cellular infiltrations including perivascular mononuclear and polymorphonuclear leukocytes. Many of fat lobules were observed in the dermis. This lobules, were various in size and circumscribed by thin fibrous connective tissue. This fat lobules contained two type cells; basaloid cells in the peripher of fat lobules, mature sebaceous cells in the central of fat lobules.
