Liposarcoma is a malignant tumor with a bad prognosis, often localized in the extremities and the retroperitoneal zone. A 77-year-old male patient was consulted to our clinic with a pain starting from the right hip and extending to the first toe for almost a year. There was a palpable mass which gradually increased in size in his right hip. The case was evaluated in detail in terms of clinical, laboratory and radiological aspects. He was operated with a diagnosis of mass in right hip. Histopathological evaluation revealed myxoid-type liposarcoma. The case is presented with post surgical course and clinical result.
