We describe a 53 years old woman who developed Pneumatozis İntestinalis after colonoscopy. The plain abdominal X-Ray demonstrated subdyaphragmatic free air. During laparatomy cystic lesions which contained gas collection were seen along transverse colon, hepatic flexure and intestinal mesenterium. There was no intestinal perforation and patient was discharged without any problem after 8 days following the operation.
