In this case report, it was aimed to describe a case of rectovaginal fistula, atresia ani and perosomus elumbus (coccygeal agenesis) and its treatment in a calf.

The case was one day old, female, simmental calf presented with complaints of atresia ani and defecation problem via the vagina. Clinical and radiographical evaluations determined it to be rectovaginal fistula, atresia ani and coccygeal agenesis.

Rectum was reached through skin and subcutaneous connective tissue incision at where the anus is anticipated to exist and the caudal part of the rectum was separated from the surrounding tissue with blunt dissection. An adequate size of a piece from the end of the rectum was removed and then the rectum was sutured to the skin with single simple interrupted pattern to create anus. Rectovaginal fistula was also sutured to close as double layers approaching through rectum and vagina, respectively.

Postoperative parenteral antibiotic was administered for seven days. Skin sutures were removed 10 days after the surgery. No complication was observed in the case during two months of a follow-up period.
