Right-sided valves are rarely affected except individuals with intravenous drug users. We hereby present a 45 years old female patient who admitted with fever and right-sided endocarditis with no history of intravenous drug abuse, no history of a predisposing heart disease. The patient's transthoracic echocardiography revealed vegetations on tricuspid valve and blood culture showed positivity for methicillin-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA). Patient underwent surgical operation and thereafter daptomycine therapy was administered for 6 weeks. Weekly monitoring of creatinine phosphokinase was in normal limits and daptomycine was well tolerated.
