This report presents lipoma in the cervical region of a 2-year old Holstein and an 8-year old Brown
Swiss. In Holstein cow, lipoma was bilateral, in the dimension of 10x9.5 cm on the left and 8x5 cm
on the right. In Brown Swiss cow, lipoma was unilateral, 38.7 cm in length and 14 cm in diameter.
Histopathology revealed a simple lipoma on the mass removed surgically. As a result, in clinical
cases, simple lymphoma cases start as a nodule, this nodule grow increasingly, and then
predispose for traumas. Ultrasonography examination can contribute to distinguish the abscess
due to injections and solid abscess, and ultrasonography should not be ignored for the diagnosis of
subcutaneous lymphomas.
