In this case report, a congenital ectopia dentis anomaly case located in rostral maxilla which is normally nontooth region was evaluated clinically and radiographically, and treated operatively in a 5 days aged, 40 kg weighted and male Brown swiss calf. No sucking problem was determined in the first clinic control of the calf in that the ectopic tooth extraction was performed with a dental davy following the dissociative anesthesia. It was concluded that the calves that suffer from suckling difficulties congenitally should also be examined for ectopic tooth.
