In this investigation, 6 adult domestic cats of both sexes were used. Latex injection method was applied on the materials. It was observed that the veins draining the heart were the great cardiac vein, the middle cardiac vein, the right cardiac veins and the smallest cardiac veins. The coronary sinus was formed by the great cardiac vein and the middle cardiac vein. Anastomose was observed between the interventricular paraconal vein and interventricular subsinuosal vein. It was also observed that the vessels forming the right cardiac veins had different orginations.
