Neurofibroma was detected on the right mandibular region of a 5-year-old Jersey cross-breed cow. The tumor was extirpated totally. The mass was 700 gram total weight. Macroscopically, the tumor tissue which had no capsula was multinodular in form. The nodules which had a distinct boundary and were surrounded by neural sheets consisted of proliferated neural cells. These cells were spindle or oval and persented a network appearance located in the collogen matrix. No pleomorphism was observed in the tumor tissue having an occasional sporadic activity. It was determined patchy thinnings in the profound epidermal layer of the skin. The neoplastic mass was diagnosed to be neurofibroma according to its macroscopic and microscopic results.
