Foreign bodies in the breast is rare and crucial due to pain, development to inflammation causing abscesses and granuloma, progress to different regions with migration, mimic microcalcifications in mammograms, and creating mass appearance. A case of 57 years old woman with detected metal foreign bodies in breast was presented with mammography and ultrasonography findings.
