Eosephageal catheter was applied for any obstruction and the catheter did not pass through the eosephageal canal at the region of cardia. Latero lateral abdominal imaging was taken and a soft tissue opacity was noted at the region of cardia. At the operation, a fabric at the size of 30x20 cm was detected at the rumen. Furthermore, same foreign objects obstructing the region of cardia was taken out.
